WABCO CUSTOMER CARE CENTER RAISES THE BAR FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Here’s some great news for our valued fleet customers: complete support for the comprehensive portfolio of WABCO products sold in North America is accessible via a single team—the WABCO Customer Care Center (WCCC).

The WCCC features a group of highly knowledgeable, specially trained professionals dedicated to providing accurate and timely assistance. Based primarily at ZF CVCS’s Americas headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA, the team provides a wide range of services available in English, Spanish or French. This includes:

  • Technical Support – including diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance, repair support and warranty claim filing for both WABCO OE products and WABCO aftermarket service parts.
  • Specifications Support – including guidance on WABCO part specifications, custom installations, technical drawings and alternative parts.
  • WABCO-Affiliated Product Support – providing seamless access to help for MICO® off-highway products, OptiFlow® aerodynamic solutions and TOOLBOX PLUS™ diagnostic software.
