New OptiLock™ Software / Firmware Package
The ICM control unit unlocks and arms the WABCO OptiLock™ security system ELB-Lock®. It can be mounted in the right rear door in the keyboard frame. Being the steering unit of the ELB-Lock® system, the ICM contains the settings for the inputs, outputs; as for sirens, flashlights, loop cables and all devices being connected.
From March 2021 onwards, a software update is available for the ELB-Lock® ICM control unit. The change is a result of product improvements according to your special requests and to better fulfill higher security standards as for TAPA and BAT.

Process
- Every current ELB-Lock® software user must download the new software update with his eLearning credentials on the WABCO Online Academy Platform. This is possible by ordering PN 2003006270 from the WABCO Sales Desk.
- Every new ELB-Lock® user must download the new software version on the WABCO Online Academy Platform. This is possible by ordering PN 2003006250 from the WABCO Sales Desk.
- Service Partners have to inform their customers, that software must be downloaded directly from the WABCO Academy eLearning Platform.
