I’m pleased to kick off this inaugural issue with mention of a recent milestone in the history of our company—the acquisition of WABCO by ZF Friedrichshafen AG. These two global technology players combine strengths to deliver critical safety and efficiency components to the commercial vehicle industry while supporting our fleet customers in their quest for increased uptime.
Under this acquisition, WABCO has been integrated into ZF as its Commercial Vehicle Control Systems (CVCS) Division. By uniting two perfectly complementary portfolios and competencies, this new powerhouse is mobilizing commercial vehicle intelligence and empowering customers like you with access to a reliable global provider, delivering extensive original equipment and aftermarket solutions to meet your ever-evolving needs.
It’s important to note that in the wake of this acquisition, the WABCO product brand remains intact, and your current sales point of contact will not change.
