Save time and money thanks to an optimized process.

WABCO is now able to compensate your surcharge through Corexpedia for claimed products after the physical inspection is complete and the device is retained at WABCO. The improved process is driven by a newly established connection between our claims (Warrant-e) and core return (Corexpedia) tools. Thanks to this improvement, we will now be able to pass your products eligible for surcharge to our remanufacturing facility and report a core receipt in Corexpedia.

In all cases, the claimed device must have been requested for inspection and received by WABCO first.

The customer will be entitled to surcharge if:

  1. WABCO accepts the claim and compensate it through a credit note(this is NOT applicable when a replacement part is provided)
  2. WABCO rejects the claim and you selected the option to scrap/remanufacturethe device at WABCO during the claim registration process.

In both cases we will automatically book the return in Corexpedia to reimburse your surcharge.

We can finally avoid situations where WABCO would ship back your claimed product after inspection in order to pick it up later via Corexpedia. These unnecessary steps related to transportation and handling are now effectively eliminated through an optimized process and connectivity between both tools.
