Track and Trace

Customer Centre now allow users to track and trace shipments from multiple European WABCO distribution centers in cooperation with the UPS, REDUR, NOX and more forwarders.

Order Center

There is a new link available in case the order is already shipped. User can click the link Shipment date and go directly to the My shipments page with detailed information about the shipment.

My Shipments

In case customer would like to see overview of all shipments and statuses per order, there is a new menu section My Orders > My Shipments available in the top menu bar.

This page show all available package tracking. Detail view is displaying 4 harmonized statuses (SHIPPED, IN TRANSIT, DELIVERY, DELIVERED), date of shipment, estimated delivery date time and if available also link to the carrier portal to see all details. In case the order is split into multiple packages, all are listed here.

In case more details are available, e.g. contact information, info about delays, there is available also the link to parcel tracking on forwarder web page called Tracking URL.

Email Notification

An email notification is send to the customer when the package is shipped from distribution center. It contains link to My shipments, customer PO number and tracking number.
